Partners & embed
Embed visibility in your product, automate with webhooks, or offer MencionAI under your brand.
Partners & embed
Integrate MencionAI visibility into your product — embedded dashboards, partner-branded experiences, and marketplace connections.
Agencies
Planned feature. The agency platform described here is not implemented yet. These are proposed product rules, not an available signup flow or a published pricing offer. Existing partner and embed integrations below are separate.
An interactive interface preview is available in Portuguese. Explore the homepage, local signup/login, client hub, client creation, members, and portal preferences. Preview records stay in this browser. This does not create a real account, authenticate a user, activate a subscription, send invitations, verify DNS, or run MCP operations.
Agency account and client hub
The planned entry point is agencia.mencionai.com.br, with an agency home page, login, and agency-specific signup. Signup grants the agency one complimentary Starter account for its own workspace, without checkout or a payment method.
The signed-in hub shows client cards. Each card opens that client's workspace, with a return path to the agency hub. Clients keep separate organizations, plans, credits, content, jobs, and reports. The agency's complimentary account does not make client plans free or pool their quotas.
An agency can invite customer members to selected client workspaces. Their permissions and seat limits follow the client's plan. The proposed initial agency staff capacity is one owner. Additional agency staff require separately approved capacity, not extra free Starter product seats.
Pay-as-you-go and Enterprise
The proposed pay-as-you-go model has no base agency fee. Each activated client uses an existing recurring MencionAI plan. It is not metered token billing.
For agency-created clients, the default proposal is that the agency pays separate client checkouts and receives separate invoices. An existing paying customer linked with the owner's consent keeps its current billing arrangement unless a transfer is approved.
Up to 10 active client organizations remain self-serve. Activating client 11 requires a conversation with sales and approved capacity. This counts clients, not workspaces or members. Agency Enterprise capacity is separate from an individual client's Enterprise plan.
Archiving a client card does not cancel its subscription. Ending agency management must preserve client data and make any billing exit or transfer explicit.
White-label signed-in hub
An agency can register a proposed custom host such as mencionai.customerdomain.com for its branded signed-in hub. A host can instead target one client portal when explicitly configured.
Activation requires domain ownership, DNS verification, TLS, and approved authentication callbacks. The product must provide the actual DNS records after domain registration. No universal CNAME target is promised here.
The proposed branding includes the logo, primary color, favicon, titles, and navigation. Legal, privacy, and payment-provider disclosures remain. Users still need the correct membership and workspace permissions. A custom hostname never grants access to other clients.
Portal domains are separate from customer blog domains and iframe embeds. Login is local to the approved host; shared sessions across unrelated domains, custom email sending domains, and rebranded payment pages are not included in this proposal.
Agency automation
The planned agency MCP provides one authorized connection above client operations, including blog and MAIagent workflows. It does not use platform-admin access or make the current customer MCP credential valid across organizations.
Who this is for
- SaaS platforms that want to offer GEO/AI visibility to their customers
- Agencies reselling visibility reports under their brand
- Marketplace apps (e.g. CRM integrations) showing visibility inside another product
If you only need API access for your own team, start with the API getting started guide instead.
Embedded visibility
The fastest integration: show a live visibility summary inside your app via iframe.
How it works
- Your server creates an API key with the
embed:createscope. - Your server calls
POST https://api.mencionai.com/v2/embed-tokensto get a short-lived token (met_…). - Your frontend loads an iframe pointing at MencionAI embed URL with that token.
// Server-side (Node, etc.)
const res = await fetch('https://api.mencionai.com/v2/embed-tokens', {
method: 'POST',
headers: {
Authorization: `Bearer ${process.env.MENCIONAI_API_KEY}`,
'Content-Type': 'application/json',
},
body: JSON.stringify({ workspace_id: 42, ttl_sec: 3600 }),
});
const { token } = await res.json();
<!-- Your page -->
<iframe
src="https://www.mencionai.com/embed/v1/workspaces/42/summary?token=TOKEN_FROM_SERVER"
width="100%"
height="480"
style="border: none; border-radius: 12px;"
title="Brand visibility"
/>
Security rules
- Never put your API key in the iframe URL or client-side JavaScript.
- Embed tokens expire (default 1 hour). Refresh them from your backend when needed.
- Only embed on origins allowed for your partner account.
Webhooks for automation
Keep your system in sync when scans complete (using the TypeScript SDK):
import { MencionAiClient } from '@mencionai/sdk';
const client = new MencionAiClient({ apiKey: process.env.MENCIONAI_API_KEY! });
await client.createWebhook({
url: 'https://your-platform.com/hooks/mencionai',
events: ['visibility.scan.completed'],
});
Use the signing secret from the create response to verify X-MencionAI-Signature on incoming requests. See API webhooks for details.
White-label experience
Partners can offer MencionAI under their own brand:
- Custom logo in the app header
- Brand colors applied to the interface
- Custom domain (e.g.
visibility.yourcompany.com)
White-label is enabled per partner agreement. Contact us to discuss:
- Your customer volume and use case
- Domain and branding requirements
- Plan limits (API keys, webhooks, embed)
Marketplace integrations
MencionAI supports installing into third-party platforms so users can connect their workspace without leaving your product.
RD Station — OAuth install flow links a MencionAI organization to an RD Station account and enables embedded visibility inside RD.
Partner marketplace features require a separate enablement. Reach out via contact or your partner manager.
